CentraState is set to open the CentraState Health Pavilion at East Windsor. This grand opening comes nine weeks after the opening of Immediate Care Medical Walk-In of East Windsor, an affiliate of CentraState Healthcare System. The CentraState Health Pavilion at East Windsor will serve the community with the Family Practice of CentraState East Windsor office, scheduled to open Monday, August 1st, and a full-service physical and occupational therapy department, laboratory services, and specialty physician offices slated to open in the fall of 2016.
Hospitals have always sought to provide safe, high-quality primary and specialty care. But in so doing, convenience for patients has sometimes suffered. Today’s busy lifestyles demand both, and our new Health Pavilion at East Windsor is designed to provide both quality and convenience, all in the community setting.
We have partnered with Immediate Care Medical Walk In, an urgent care center with the medical services overseen by board-certified emergency physicians affiliated with CentraState. We are relocating the CentraState Family Practice office, operating for many years in Hightstown, to be next door to Immediate Care Walk In as part of the Health Pavilion. Combining the convenience of urgent care with the ongoing care of family physicians, the availability of full-service physical and occupational therapy, as well as laboratory services, will meet the needs of today’s busy consumers.
CentraState Healthcare System is a nonprofit community health organization consisting of an acute-care hospital, a health and wellness campus, three senior living communities, a Family Medicine Residency Program, and a charitable foundation. CentraState’s teaching program is sponsored by Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School.
