For the convenience of patients, their caregivers, and their physicians, Centralized Scheduling arranges appointments and pre-registration for most outpatient tests and procedures with just one phone call.

Scheduling Hours: Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Registration FAQs

Registration for inpatient or short-stay procedures can be done through the Admitting Department. For your convenience, the department is open seven days a week, from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.

Emergency registrations are done at the patient’s bedside in the Emergency Department.

Outpatient registrations for tests and procedures are processed at the Outpatient Registration Department.

Monday through Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Please bring your insurance card if you have one and a form of identification. If you do not have insurance, we will provide information about charity care and other assistance programs that may be available.
