CentraState Healthcare System’s short-term rehabilitation and long-term skilled nursing facility, The Manor Health and Rehabilitation Center, was awarded Holleran’s Highest Honors for its admirable engagement scores in the 2019 Employee/Resident Engagement survey conducted by Holleran, a community engagement research company. More than 400 organizations were surveyed and less than ten percent of those communities received Highest Honors, placing The Manor at the top of the Holleran National Benchmark, and recognized as one of the most engaging senior living organizations across the nation.
The Manor’s clinical staff provides around-the-clock care to its patients and residents and are supervised by physicians who ensure continuity of care. Board-certified geriatric physicians, who are instructors with CentraState’s Family Medicine Residency Program and Geriatric Fellowship Program, make weekly on-site visits to The Manor—making it certain that patients receive quality care combined with a unique appreciation for and sensitivity to the needs of older adults. The Manor is one of few senior residences in the state of New Jersey to offer this added level of care.
“Holleran’s Highest Honors distinction is affirmation that all staff at The Manor continuously strives to surpass national benchmark standards in people-skills and takes pride in providing the highest level of care while helping residents achieve their maximum potential for independence, personal comfort and quality of life,” says Toni Lynn Davis, administrator, The Manor.
